I started officially running in Summer of 2009. Since then, I have gone from 30 seconds to well over an hour of consecutive running. I have run 5K races and I am training for a 15K and then a half marathon. I have found running to be one of the most fulfilling and rewarding activities that I have ever done... I will be a runner forever.
